Every Thee PK Pod item is made to order just for you. Because of that, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges, including for size or color changes, so please check the size guide before you order.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will take care of it.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly, so we cannot cancel or change an order after it is placed. Please double-check your shipping address before you check out.
